Between 15:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC on Saturday 2021-11-20, customers may experience a series of brief interruptions when using the Prodsight platform. This is due to planned maintenance work required to upgrade our RDS database instance.
What is the impact? During the maintenance window, Prodsight features may be degraded or unavailable for some time.
Why are we doing this? We keep our codebase up-to-date with the latest industry platforms so that our customers can benefit from the performance and functionality improvements. Customer trust, data security, and availability are critical to everything we do at Prodsight. We only do these essential maintenance tasks when necessary and work to ensure that our customers are minimally impacted.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Web App (Prodsight Dashboard) and Data Sync (Prodsight API).
